Local 332 Members -Dedicated and Committed!

Make no mistake about it….Working in “the field” is difficult, tough, and hard work! Our members at Laborers Local 332 are the best because they do demanding physical work that challenges the mind and the body. With this in mind, it is very understandable if our members would be rather guarded and reluctant to do extra work on their days off and weekends!
However, our members are special! Like one of our members recently said…”we grind like bad breaks” on a car!
As the primary elections approach, our grinders are on the streets looking to give the public good information on worthy candidates like Democratic candidate Rob McCord and incumbent State Senator Tina Tartaglione! Members of the Political Action Committee of Local 332 took the streets to support two worthy candidates: Democratic candidate for Governor-Rob McCord and State Senator Tina Tartaglione

These are two candidates that support working people! Senator Tartaglione has supported legislation that fights for the stability of workers’ jobs and is now fighting for the raising of the minimum wage.
Rob McCord is another excellent candidate who prioritizes working people. He has been endorsed by our union because of his strong opposition to the ‘Right to Work’ (For a whole lot less) legislation.
The importance of these upcoming elections have caused our members to sacrifice and spring to action. Our members are dedicated and committed to the struggle for working people. Members of Local 332 sacrificed their free time to take to the streets and distribute important literature for the candidates. Take a look at this picture gallery of our members of Local 332 in action!

As we get closer to the election…we need the members of Local 332 to continue to make the tough sacrifices in the fight for workers. As the Chairman of 332’s political action committee, Hanif Oree, always says “when it comes to election time-all of the members are a part of the political action committee”
Your effort are much needed and appreciated so come on down to the Hall and join the effort!
